Join us for an indulgent evening celebrating the flavours of Tasmania, paired perfectly with the award-winning wines of Riversdale Estate.

The evening begins with a glass of NV Brut Reserve Sparkling on arrival, matched to a showcase of Tasmanian Pacific oysters served both live with green apple mignonette, and grilled with beurre blanc and salmon roe.

From there, you’ll be taken on a culinary journey featuring:

• Nori Cured Tasmanian Salmon with macadamia mousse, cucumber, and fennel shoots, paired with 2024 Riesling and 2023 Chardonnay
• Roasted Longford ‘Little Joe’ Beef Tenderloin with leatherwood honey glazed carrots, King Edward potato, and Riversdale pinot jus, matched to 2023 Pinot Noir and 2023 Syrah
• Tasmanian New Season Strawberries with lemon & white chocolate delice and sorbet, paired with 2024 R42 Riesling
• A Selection from Wicked Cheeses, triple cream, pepper berry cheddar, and relatively blue, served with lavosh, crackers, and fig & Port preserves, accompanied by 2021 Pictor Late Harvest Riesling
