The Royal Automobile Club Sydney invites you to an inspiring and interactive session with Dr Byeongsang Oh, a leading expert in integrative medicine and mind-body practices, at our November Longevity Meeting.
As we age, maintaining physical vitality, mental clarity, and inner balance becomes increasingly important. In this unique session, Dr Oh will guide participants through a 30-minute Tai Chi/Qigong practice suitable for all ages and abilities — no prior experience required — followed by a fascinating discussion on how these ancient healing arts support healthy ageing by positively influencing the gut microbiome.
