This High Tea includes an exclusive Vintage Champagne Tasting from French fifth generation owner growers being:

We  are privileged to have Dane Richards, Editor "News for the Food Lover" and President of the NSW Bailliage of Chaine des Rotisseurs who will provide insights into our specially curated menu from Chef as well as the quintessential uniqueness involved with high tea.

Chef's menu includes shiitake & miso arancini balls, beef tataki crostini with truffle mayo & pickled radish, warm sweet soup and hot freshly baked scones with vanilla bean cream and raspberry-champagne jam which is but a taste of the decadent delights on offer!
