After a hugely successful and highly regarded talk last year, we welcome back to the Club, author Susannah Fullerton.

Susannah brings to life the lives and writings of great novelists poets, and individuals, in her fascinating round of talks, lectures, books & monographs. This year, Susannah will be talking about the topic of “Inspector Morse in Oxford”.

Susannah Fullerton discusses Oxford as ‘the scene of the crime’ and takes you on a gorgeous visual journey of Morse’s beloved city.

‘INSPECTOR MORSE AND OXFORD’ - Colin Dexter’s Inspector Morse novels, and the TV series made from those books, are intimately connected with the glorious city of Oxford. How does Dexter use the city in his books - its colleges, pubs, museums, and hotels? How have the books and programmes impacted on Oxford tourism?

Join the Ladies Committee for what is sure to be an interesting afternoon complemented by a delicious ‘Christmas in July’ feast!
