Join us as we celebrate Christmas Day in the Harbour Dining Room. Enjoy a delicious meal with all the trimmings prepared by the Executive Chef and his team. Limited spaces are still available.


1st course

Seafood plate
smoked salmon. 3 oysters with red wine vinegar mignonette. 2 grilled prawns with garlic butter.

2nd course

Smoked duck, quail egg, heirloom tomato, walnut and lamb’s lettuce
with a raspberry dressing.

3rd course

Pork fillet medallion and Mushroom stuffed turkey breast
with a mushroom and thyme jus. Dauphinois Potato gratin and seasonal vegetables.

4th course

Trilogy of Desserts

Children meal

Main

Roast pork and mushroom stuffed turkey

with mash potato & peas.

Dessert

Stewed pear
with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
