Congratulations to Ron Langley, co-coordinator of the RACA snooker and billiards group, on winning the inaugural Monthly Medal. He is pictured here with Club President, Megan Lavender, presenting the award.
We were delighted to host John Threlfo, Tattersall’s snooker club
co-ordinator, and members of his team for a recent coaching session with RACA Member Peter Tankard, who is a World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association certified coach. We also held a social night in mid-May, organised by Club Member Marcus Droga, which is always great fun.
As we go to press, we are in the process of considering ratings for the Club handicap singles and doubles tournament to be held later this year. To register your interest, and for one of snooker and billiards team to contact you, please email marketing@raca.com.au and we can arrange to have a hit at the tables on Level 2.
