Ladies Committee - September Update

At the Ladies Committee Luncheon held on Monday 30th July 2018, the 32 members and their guests in attendance enjoyed a delightful meal presented by Chef Garry.

Guest speaker Jo-Anne Hewitt Executive Director Disability of the Benevolent Society shared the history of Australia’s first and oldest charity with those present. It was a very informative and interesting talk.

On the 24th September 2018, the Ladies Committee will host a luncheon with CEO Melissa Ellis and Event Management and Marketing Co-ordinator Charlotte Sandes from the Foundation and Friends of the Botanic Gardens. Sharing with us some background to the organisation, information on events and exhibitions as well as some interesting personal stories.
