The Irvine Wine dinner proved to be a magical night for all members and their guests in attendance, including the Winemaker himself Mark Maxwell.
The tasting of seven different wines matched perfectly with a divine cuisine as well as a mesmerizing performance from Soprano Emily Mwila were enjoyed thoroughly, with a round of applause given to the Executive Chef to compliment her wonderful menu.

Not only was the food and wine appreciated but the members also received a personal insight into the aging of vines and information on each wine they tasted.

Heidi Farm Tilsit With Quince And Toasted Fruit Batards were served for dessert.
A perfect end to a perfect night.
