The Royal Automobile Club of Australia offers something different for your guests to enjoy whilst attending your event. Each room has its unique features and touch of Sydney’s history adding something to remember to your guests’ experience. With seven function spaces for you to choose from we can offer you the right venue to suit whatever size and style of meeting you would like to hold.
To cater for your all day conference needs we offer our Day Delegate Packages which ensure your guests are looked after throughout the day. Including everything from arrival tea and coffee, morning tea, your selection of lunch to offer, afternoon tea, pads, pens, mints and audio visual packages, everything for your meeting will be taken care of. For bookings of 10 or more
When you book one of our Day Delegate Packages for 10 or more guests receive our Standard Audio Visual Package including a non-electronic white board, flip chart and Wi-Fi access for your guests.
For bookings of 20 or more
When you book one of our Day Delegate Packages for 20 or more guests receive our Executive Audio Visual Package including a data projector and screen, non-electronic white board, flip chart and Wi-Fi access for your guests.
Rooms for up to 20 Delegates
We have three small boardrooms that are suitable for less than 20 guests. These rooms are located on the fifth floor which is quiet and perfect for private meetings, luncheons, small conferences and delegate board meetings.
Rooms for up to 60 Delegates
The venue features two medium size rooms that are suitable for up to 60 guests. These rooms can be set in a number of different styles such as boardroom, u-shape, cabaret style or theatre style seating. Both of these rooms are also available complimentary with a booking of 20 guests or more with one of our Day Delegate Packages. Speak to one of our team members today for details of this offer.
Rooms for up to 200 Delegates
Our two largest spaces are suitable for 200 guests in a cocktail or theatre seating capacity and for seated conferences can fit 14 round tables. The rooms themselves are beautiful with unique architectural features which create a light and airy meeting space even when at capacity.
