Join us for an evening of French wine, incredible food, and discovery in collaboration with our friends at Drinkfab.com.au. Burgundy Brand Ambassador Edouard Maurisset Latour from the legendary Domaine Latour family, who has over two centuries of winemaking expertise, will be your host for the evening. Our new Executive Chef, Dimitry Rode, has crafted a unique menu to complement the exclusive wines you'll savour throughout the night. Begin with champagne and canapés, followed by four courses paired with the perfect wines for your enjoyment.

About Edouard Maurisset Latour

Edouard Maurisset Latour, born in Beaune, Burgundy, hails from the renowned Domaine Latour family with over 200 years of winemaking tradition. After studying viticulture and winemaking in Beaune, he gained experience in New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa. Along with his wife and a friend, he founded Vanguardist Wines in Australia. To further his business acumen, he pursued an MBA in Wine Marketing and Management in Bordeaux, working with Ulysse Cazabonne and Rauzan Ségla. Since 2017, Edouard has been with DVP, representing Burgundy producers and serving as an ambassador for Jean-Michel Giboulot and Domaine Huguenot.
