In a break with the traditions of our previous Annual Dinners, where we have celebrated some of the past great personalities and events of our motoring and motorsport history, this year we are looking to the future and celebrating the branch of motorsport where all future champions now start – KARTING.

Our guest speaker will be Troy Hunt, a KARTING Champion who started racing at age 7 and now runs a program called ‘Junior Sprockets’. Developed by KARTING AUSTRALIA, this initiative allows kids age 6 to 12 years to experience the thrill and excitement of driving an authentic racing kart in a safe and controlled environment at modest cost. Some will go on to be future champions, all have a great time.
