Menus

You must make up your mind early on, if you want your wedding with a certain theme. Theming require prior planning and preparation. The earlier you have decided the better and easier it will be to achieve your goal.

Facilities

Rooms to change and prepare, for guests, and bride and groom, must be available. There should be adequate facilities for men and women. You would also like your event to have some privacy and exclusiveness.

This could be a shortcoming with big hotels where there might be three or four wedding receptions taking place at the same time. At the Royal Automobile Club we have adequate space and facilities to give your wedding reception that exclusivity.

Accommodation

The wedding venues which provide accommodation have slight advantage over the stand alone wedding venues. If some of your guests travelling from other cities or countries could stay at the wedding venue, it will be most convenient for them.

On selecting the Royal Automobile Club as your wedding venue you also receive one night's complimentary stay for Bride and Groom.

Wedding Coordinator

Wedding Coordinator will be your contact with the wedding venue, so its important that you like and get along well with the wedding coordinator. The approach and attitude of the wedding coordinator will tell you a lot about the wedding venue.

The knowledge and expertise of the wedding coordinator could be very helpful and you should aim to utilise it to the optimum level.

Specials

Some wedding venues offer special and complimentary things which can be very useful. It is always good to enquire what is included in the wedding package.

A tasting menu, First wedding anniversary stay, DJ & Dance floor, Flower arrangements and parking at the venue, are some examples of what you would get at the Royal Automobile Club as part of the wedding package.

Transparency in Price

You might find that the advertised price and the price you have to pay might be different. Wedding venues can quote a price and add additional expanses later on or at the last minute.
