The Petit Chablis (Chardonnay) and Bourgogne Noir (Pinot Noir) both hail from grower Denis Pommier’s boutique collection of great regional wines. The highly rated Chardonnay is matured in 100% stainless steel adding a bone-dry crispness and minerality to the variety that is rarely found south of the Pyrenees. The red has seen some oak, but nothing too heavy, and hails from a small pocket of vines 55km west of AC Chablis. Both wines are excellent value at $25.00 per bottle, $300.00 per case of 12. Mixed cases are available and delivery is FREE.
