Depending on your board size, you be in need of a large board meeting venue. The RACA has many options for large groups, including the Victoria Room, which can hold up to 130 guests in a dining-style layout or up to 200 guests if you would like a cocktail layout.

With the capacity of 150 seated guests, the Macquarie Room features a French-inspired ceiling and original wood panelling, both of which work together to create a lavish atmosphere for your guests.

If your board size is greater than 150 guests, you may also choose to hold your board meeting on the second floor of the RACA in the Elizabeth & Phillip Room. Combined, the rooms can hold up to 180 guests in a theatre-style layout.

For smaller board sizes, The Royal Automobile Club of Australia can provide an ideal board meeting venue with rooms such as the Board Room, Vintage Room and the ISC Room.

The Board Room, as the name suggests, is the perfect venue for your board meeting with a capacity of 20 seated guests and a board table measuring 2x50. The Board Room also contains enough space for projection screen and presentation aids.

The Vintage Room, which features stunning views of the Royal Botanic Gardens and Sydney Harbour, can hold 30 board members in a theatre-style layout or 20 members in a boardroom setting.

For slightly larger groups, the ISC Room (located on level 4) can hold 80 guests in a theatre-style layout, 40 guests in a U-Shape setting or can contain a 2x22 boardroom layout.
