On the evening, we will have a look at some of the less talked about Whisky producing regions. Here we delve into the wonderful world of drams from Asia, Australia and even America. Sit down, five whisky tastings paired with five substantial canapes.

With a vast amount of experience under his belt in the hospitality industry; Patrick has worked at and run some of the top bars and restaurants across Australia.
