The Confrerie du Sabre d’Or is devoted to promoting the act of Sabrage and the enjoyment of champagne. Join us for an evening and savour some wonderful champagne and have fun at the 2017 Australian Grand Chapter of the Confrerie.

The evening’s champagnes will include, Champagne Roger Manceaux, Champagne Didier Herbert and Champagne Philippe Brugnon from Rilly-La-Montagne, a village in the heart of the Montagne de Reims area. Cru & a variety of Premiere Cru Champagnes, as well as an operatic entertainment from ‘Sopranos on Stage’.

Dress Code: Cocktail Smart Casual
