Central Car Parking Facilities
As a Member of the RACA you will be able to enjoy central valet parking facilities located near East Circular Quay. Along with the parking facilities, club membership at RACA also provides you with free NRMA national roadside assistance on any standard Members’ vehicle as well as corporate discounts with Thrifty. Accommodation
Accommodation Members and their guests may book into one of the 29 rooms at the Club’s central city location. We are a short walk from Circular Quay, Sydney Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens and other major Sydney attractions.

Club Dining
The Harbour Dining Room is located on Level 7 of the Club and, as such, offers stunning views across Sydney Harbour and the Royal Botanic Gardens. As the Club’s main Members’ dining room, the Harbour Dining Room serves breakfast every day, lunch Monday to Friday and dinner Monday to Saturday.
The Members Bar, located on the Macquarie Street level and offering partial Sydney harbour views, is an ideal place for a pre-dinner drink, or a less formal dining experience. The Members Bar provides Members and their guests with tea and coffee, light meals and snacks and a comprehensive range of beers, wines and spirits. It is open from 11:00am during the week and from 5:00pm on Saturday.
Health Club
Members and guests can use our fully equipped Health Club to stay fit and trim. We have experienced trainers who can provide you with a personalised programme that will help you lose weight, be more energetic and reduce stress.

Functions & Events
Membership at the RACA gives you exclusive rights to Member events held within the Club. Events held for Club Members include winemakers’ dinners, Bridge & Snooker Clubs, theatre and musical performances, family events as well as Member Networking Nights.

Reciprocity
Reciprocal arrangements with 200 prestigious social clubs and sporting clubs around the world allow Royal Automobile Club of Australia members to enjoy a variety of accommodation, dining and sporting experiences.
Among the establishments welcoming Club members are the Royal Automobile Club in London, the Singapore Cricket Club and The Travellers Paris on the Champs-Elysées.

Membership Cards
Members are reminded that it is necessary to swipe their membership cards when entering through the main entrance or the garage of the Club, and the gym. This is a safety and security policy and we do appreciate your co-operation in this regard.
Dress Code
Members are reminded of their obligation to ensure they (and their guest) dress in a manner that is in keeping with the Club’s standards, particularly in the Harbour Dining Room and Members Bar.
Shorts, t-shirts, tracksuits, thongs (flip flops) or joggers are not permitted.
Jeans are permitted on the basis that they are clean, not stained or torn.
Joggers and sportwear may only be worn in the gym.
Harbour Dining Room – Breakfast period
In-house members and guests may wear casual attire during the breakfast period only. Collared shirts and trousers and ladies equivalent for lunch and dinner periods are the minimum requirement.
Shorts, t-shirts, tracksuits, thongs (flip flops) or joggers are not permitted.
In House Members and Guest
Casual attire may be worn when entering and leaving the club while checking-in and checking-out of accommodation rooms. When accessing or leaving the gym facilities in sportswear, members and guests are to enter and exit only via the garage. Management retains the sole discretion to refuse entry and or service to those people not complying with the above regulations.
Definition of ‘Guest’
In accordance with the Registered Clubs Act, the definition of a ‘guest of a member’ of the Club means a person:
(a) whose name and address is countersigned by the member and entered in a register kept for this purpose by the Club, and
(b) who, at all times while on the club premises, remains in the reasonable company of the member, and
(c) who does not remain on the club premises any longer than the member.
Laptops, Ipads, Kindles and Mobile Phone Usage
Laptops, Ipads, Kindles and similar devices are very welcome to be used in the Club.
Mobile phone usage is not permitted in the Harbour Dining Room, Members Bar, Reading Room, stairwell and all public areas of the Club.
You may use your mobile phone in the Strangers Room opposite reception or in the phone booths on level 3 or the Business Centre on Level 2.
