The Club has 29 guest rooms, ranging from the Harbour Deluxe to single bedrooms available for Members. Most rooms have views of either sydney Harbour or the Royal Botanic Gardens. Valet Parking What would an Automobile Club be without parking? Valet parking is available for Members using the Club's facilities and represents some of the best value parking available in the CBD. (When paying by cash or credit card, please pay at reception on level 3) Athletic Club Those Members for whom keeping fit is a priority at whatever age, the Athletic Club offers personalised fitness programmes or group classes in the well-equipped gym. The gym also includes a sauna, steam and massage rooms. The Athletic Club is managed five days a week and is open for unsupervised access seven days a week. Members must nominate if they wish to use the Athletic Club and undertake and fitness assessment. Added to all the other benefits of the Club, this facility offers the best value gym in the city. Events The Royal Automobile Club of Australia regularly plans events for Members whose interests include fine food and wine, art, opera, theatre, sports and motoring. Throughout the year regular events are arranged including theatre parties with A Grade Reserve seats and dinners in the Harbour Room, new Members welcome dinners, cocktail parties, celebrity speakers, master classes and many more. A monthly newsletter keeps Members up to date on the latest events so they can plan their social calendar well in advance. Club events are arranged throughout the year and Members are encouraged to bring guests to the Club to enjoy these special events. Regular events include the Ladies Committee Luncheon every month and Motoring Enthusiasts Club Dinners. Other interest groups include Regular Army Officers and Snooker Groups.
